The implementation of a fully-integrated management information platform, the development of quality control systems, and our commitment to the preservation of the environment, have led to FARCO-FOGEL being recognized by the Herrera Industrial Association Of The Dominican Republic in their annual distinctions awarded to local industry members.

In 1998, FARCO-FOGEL was awarded the "National Quality Award for Manufacturing" and the first prize for the "Best Use of New Technology". In 1999, for the second consecutive year, FARCO was awarded the "National Quality Award for Manufacturing". These prized recognitions are based on the evaluation criteria of the Malcolm Baldrigge Award. Currently, FARCO is working to obtain International ISO 9000 Certification.
